Calisthenics exercises
Okay, you now know what calisthenics largely entails and what it is good for, but which exercises belong to this sport? We have listed a number of exercises for you, so that you get an idea. From the humag flag, handstand or back lever. From beginner to pro, calisthenics is for everyone.

Dips - you do this exercise by leaning on two parallel bars and lowering yourself and pushing yourself back up. With this workout you train your triceps and chest muscles.
L-sit - here too you use two parallel bars. You support your hands on the bars and raise your legs (stretched). In this way, your body assumes an L-position. With this exercise you work on strong abdominal, arm and shoulder muscles.
Muscle up - Do you want to go a step further than a 'normal' pull-up on a bar? Then go for the muscle up. During this workout you do a pull-up, only you push yourself even further up. That way, a dip will come after the pull-up and your body will protrude above the bar.
Front Lever - do you go for the next level and do you not shy away from a challenge? Then get ready for the front liver workout. It often takes months (sometimes even years) before you master this exercise. It demands a lot from your body and strength. But what exactly is the front liver? During this exercise you hang from your arms on a bar and your body hangs horizontally - so parallel - with the ground below you.
