Shipment and returns



Delivery time

The delivery time for each item is stated on the product page. In the Netherlands, GorillaGrip usually delivers items within 1-3 business days. For international orders, typically orders are delivered within 4-7 business days. Orders placed on working days before 12:00 PM will be packed and offered to the delivery person the same day. If products have a longer delivery time, the adjusted delivery time will be stated on the product page.

Some products have a delivery time on request. This concerns products that are specifically made for the customer.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for your order depend on the weight and size of the items you order, as well as the country to which the products are shipped. GorillaGrip delivers throughout Europe. The shipping costs are automatically displayed and updated in your shopping cart. The minimum amount of shipping costs for international shipping is € 12,36 and the maximum is € 74,34 excluding VAT. 

Which carrier will deliver my order?

GorillaGrip packages are delivered by PostNL, DPD, UPS, FEDEX or TNT, depending on the shipping location. As soon as the order has been properly received by the carrier, you will receive a track & trace code via e-mail with which you can track your order.

If you are not at home when the delivery person arrives, the next steps depend on the carrier. Usually, carriers will initially try to deliver the package to your neighbors. If this is not possible, the package will go to a pick-up point. The delivery person will leave a not-at-home message in the mailbox explaining where you can pick up your order. Please note, some delivery companies only store packages at a pick-up point for a limited amount of time, after the time period expires the package is returned to the sender. Ask the relevant carrier about their delivery policy. 

Is it possible to collect orders?

It is also possible to pick up packages by appointment at the visiting address Handelsweg 7 in Zuidwolde (Dr) or at another selected delivery location. You will be given the option to select a delivery location when placing an order.



If your item is defective upon receipt or if the item does not meet your expectations, you can return it as follows:

- You log in and go to "My Orders".

- Select the order to be returned.

- Indicate which product, how many products and why you want to return.

- You will receive a return form, send it with the return shipment

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies to all orders of private consumers. This means that you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.

If you are a B2B customer and have concerns about your order, please contact us. We will attempt to find a suitable solution.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or email) that you are withdrawing from the contract. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


If you cancel the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the contract, back from us. If you return only part of your order, the costs for the delivery will not be refunded.


We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such refunds.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.


You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You can send the products via the carrier of your choice.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, please fill in the form below and send it to within 14 days of receipt of your order. You are not obliged to use this specific form, but you are obliged to notify us you withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order.
